Meeting with the Department of Social Policy of the Chernivtsi City Council: results of cooperation and new initiatives

On March 4, within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation, we met with Natalia Frunze, Director of the Department of Social Policy of the Chernivtsi City Council, and Natalia Sabadash, Head of the Department for Family and Youth Affairs.

We summarized the joint projects and activities in 2024 that we implemented together with the Department. Among them are movements for schoolchildren that promote an active lifestyle, master classes for children on Youth Day, a sports and psychological event that combines physical activity and psychological support, and a sports and educational event at the Oikos camp on the occasion of the Day of Ukrainian Statehood, which promoted patriotic education through sports and education.

They discussed new initiatives and planned future joint projects aimed at supporting children and youth, their social and psychological adaptation, and the development of patriotism and environmental culture.

The social and psychological adaptation of vulnerable children in today’s environment is a key area of our work, as it contributes to their emotional well-being, integration into society, and development of resilience to challenges. We create a safe environment where children receive support through educational, sports, and psychological activities.

In gratitude for the cooperation and support of the initiatives, the Chairman of the organization, PhD in Physical Education and Sports Iaroslav Galan, presented the Department of Social Policy of the Chernivtsi City Council and Natalia Sabadash with letters of appreciation. It is important for us to continue to join forces to create a strong, conscious, and responsible society!
