Event for International Children’s Day

On June 1, the “City Children’s Clinical Hospital” participated in a charity event for Children’s Day. The charity event was held with the support of the Chernivtsi City Council, the Chernivtsi Regional Council, music school #2, the Yuriy Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University, the specialty “Physical Culture and Sport”, as well as many benefactors, namely Serhii Hryniuk, Tetyana Dutkevich, Galina Nikonova, and the church “Emanuel”.

This year, Children’s Protection Day took on a completely different meaning, because every child experiences a variety of emotions related to the realities of today and the events taking place in our Motherland. With joint efforts, we must protect and protect the children of Ukraine, maintain their physical and moral health.

During the event, there were demonstration performances by pupils of Music School #2 for children who are currently in the city clinical hospital.
In particular, candidate of sciences in physical education, associate professor, head of the scientific topic “Innovative model of implementation and formation of children’s patriotism by means of Olympic education” Yaroslav Galan presented children with an audio version of the fairy tale “Olympic Dream”, which tells about the path of becoming an Olympic Ukrainian champion, who showed by his own example, that any dream is possible, you just have to put in the effort. Also, this fairy tale has a patriotic character, because it depicts a significant range of patriotic values ​​that we should educate in our children – our future.Students of the department of theory and methods of physical education and sports under the leadership of associate professor Svitlana Duditska held an active exercise in which children and their parents joined.

The charity event provided a positive mood, pleasant emotions and satisfaction, which children currently lack so much.
