All-Ukrainian project “Book for the Defender of Ukraine”

On December 14, a meeting of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine took place.

On the agenda was the issue of the “Book to the Defender” project 🇺🇦

The purpose of this project is to collect Ukrainian books for military personnel of Ukraine, including those placed in military hospitals of Ukraine. This process is intended to popularize Ukrainian books among military personnel, establish contacts between young scientists and military personnel to deepen scientific and educational cooperation, support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, diversify the leisure time of military personnel, and increase the level of patriotism.

The main issues that were proposed during the meeting were changing the name of the project to “Book to the defender of Ukraine” and posting letters of support to raise the general morale among servicemen, increase motivation and patriotism from the people who handed over the books.

The decision on changes was made unanimously.

From December 15, the Chernivtsi region will start collecting books, so we encourage everyone who cares to join this process.
