Webinar for youth “International opportunities and exchange of experience” about the Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps programs in Ukraine

On December 16, a webinar for young people “International opportunities and exchange of experience” was held about the Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps programs in Ukraine!

The webinar for youth in Chernivtsi is organized by the Erasmus+ Youth Information Center and the European Solidarity Corps in Ukraine in partnership with the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine and the public organization YOUTH. SCIENCE. SPORT. HEALTH MOVEMENT OF UKRAINE and with the assistance of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Human Health of the Yuriy Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University.

The purpose of the webinar is to help Ukrainian youth to familiarize themselves with the possibilities and prospects of international programs, to exchange experience in youth work.

The webinar for young people was held in a mixed format, during which speakers, a psychologist and scientists talked about international opportunities for Ukrainian youth, prospects for participation in Erasmus+ programs, psychological adaptation abroad, experience and opportunities that can be gained during them and their application in the future activity The participants received answers to the mentioned questions and learned information about the Erasmus+ program.

Speakers and guests of the webinar for young people were Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Human Health of Yuriy Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University Yaroslav Zorii; Erasmus+ scholarship holder, candidate of philological sciences, associate professor of Yuriy Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University Olga Beshlei; practical psychologist of the highest category of the Chernivtsi city palace of children and youth Olena Platonova; member of the board, candidate of sciences in physical education and sports, associate professor Svitlana Duditska; head of the public organization “YOUTH. SCIENCE. SPORT. HEALTHY MOVEMENT OF UKRAINE”, candidate of sciences in physical education and sports, associate professor, head of the scientific project “Innovative model of implementation and formation of children’s patriotism by means of Olympic education” Yaroslav Galan.

In his report, Yaroslav Zorii focused attention on the importance of joining and integrating Ukraine and its youth into the international scientific space.

Olga Beshlei spoke about her own experience in Erasmus+ programs, practices that can be implemented in online and offline education, aspects that you need to know when participating in such projects.

Olena Platonova familiarized the participants with the methods of faster socio-psychological adaptation of young people to a new life abroad and the principles of successful work in the conditions of a change in the usual life activities, revealed the current problems on this issue.

Svitlana Duditska spoke in detail about physical activity and its positive impact on the activities of young people, the influence of an active lifestyle and health support for optimal activity, including abroad.

Yaroslav Galan revealed the issue of Ukrainian youth development and advancement to the international level, as well as volunteering, described the importance of physical activity and active leisure for successful and productive activities.

All participants of the webinar received certificates and knowledge about the possibilities of the Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps programs in Ukraine.
