A badminton master class was held in Chernivtsi to mark International Children’s Day

In Chernivtsi, as part of the event “City of Children’s Dreams” organized by the Department of Social Policy of the Chernivtsi City Council, the public organization “YOUTH. SCIENCE. SPORT. HEALTHY MOVEMENT OF UKRAINE” held a master class in badminton for children.

The children happily joined in the outdoor activities: they learned the basics of the game, tried their hand at it, learned the fundamentals of this dynamic sport, exercised, and had a lot of fun.

The master class was led by the head of the organization, Iaroslav Galan, who holds a PhD in physical education and sports.

Volunteers helped children learn new skills, motivated them to be active, and supported each and every one of them.

All participants received souvenir gifts and medals from the organization, and most importantly, inspiration to engage in sports and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Special thanks to the Department of Social Policy of the Chernivtsi City Council and the Department of Family and Youth for their support and cooperation in organizing the event.

Such initiatives contribute to a healthy future for children, promote sports and physical activity, and spread national and European values.
