Working meeting within the DP5YOU project: partnership for youth

On January 26, 2026, as part of the project “Digital Platform of Knowledge and Skills Development for Youth Working with Child Migrants and Refugees at European Level” (DP5YOU), co-funded by the European Union, a working meeting was held with Natalia Sabadash, Head of the Family and Youth Affairs Department of the Social Policy Department of the Chernivtsi City Council.

The project coordinator is NGO “YOUTH. SCIENCE. SPORT. HEALTHY MOVEMENT OF UKRAINE”. The goal is to train active young people who will work with displaced children and refugees at the European level, using modern digital tools and informal education approaches.

During the meeting, they discussed the plan of events for the next year, joint initiatives for young people of the Chernivtsi city community, as well as the spring school within the project: its purpose, tasks, format of implementation, and organizational needs.

As a token of gratitude for the partnership and cooperation in the project, a commemorative DP5YOU award was presented to Ms. Natalia by the head of the NGO, candidate of sciences in physical education and sports, associate professor Yaroslav Galan.

The meeting was also attended by the organization’s administrative assistant, Liliana Hutsulyak, an active member of the project team with practical experience in organizing and conducting youth events, coordinating participants, and supporting communication during the implementation of initiatives.
