Results of mentoring in the framework of cooperation with Partners Hungary Alapítvány

On March 28, a working meeting with a mentor János Wagner, a representative of Partners Hungary Alapítvány, was held in Uzhhorod . The meeting was an important stage in the four-month mentoring process, during which our NGO received valuable organizational support, advice and professional guidance.

During this period, several online sessions took place, during which we had the opportunity to discuss current challenges, improve internal processes, and receive feedback.

The exchange of experience with the European mentor gave us the opportunity to look at our activities from a new perspective, to adapt modern approaches to managing the organization and communicating with target audiences. The communication allowed us to compare the challenges faced by civic initiatives in Ukraine and abroad and to find effective solutions that have already been successfully implemented in the European context.

The offline meeting in Uzhhorod was a great opportunity for live communication, exchange of experience, and strengthening of partnerships.

This cooperation is of utmost importance to us, as it helps us to develop the potential of our organization, implement best practices and expand the horizon of future opportunities.
