Regional meeting of councils of young scientists of Chernivtsi region
On February 9, 2022, the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration hosted a regional meeting of the Councils of Young Scientists of the Chernivtsi Region, which was held at the initiative of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Department of Education and Science of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration, and the Council of Young Scientists under the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration region.
Young scientists and researchers from Chernivtsi region took part in the work of the meeting.
The organizing committee of the meeting included the director of the Department of Education and Science of the Regional State Administration, Oksana Sakrier; head of the Science and Innovation Department of the Department of Education and Science of the Regional State Administration Yana Tykhodi; chief specialist of the Department of Education and Science of the Regional Regional Administration Mykhailo Pavlyuk; head of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Olesya Vashchuk; secretary of the Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Education and Science, head of the Office of Regional Meetings of the RMU at the Ministry of Education and Culture Andriy Khorolskyi; Head of the Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Land Forces named after Hetman Peter Sagaidachny Maryan Verkhoturov; Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Education and Sports of the Yuriy Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University, Yaroslav Galan, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Chernivtsi Region.
During the meeting, the head of the Department of Science and Innovations of the Department of Education and Science of the Regional State Administration Yana Tyhokhid and the head of the Council of Young Scientists of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine Olesya Vashchuk addressed all the participants with a welcome speech.
The meeting was held according to the agenda, during which problematic issues regarding the initiative of the RMU under the Ministry of Education and Culture regarding the creation and principles of functioning of the Scientist Support Office were raised; problems related to the support of scientific and scientific and technical activities in the country, commercialization and implementation/scaling of developments; opportunities and challenges in the activity of councils of young scientists and young scientists in particular; transfer of collected books by young scientists of the Chernivtsi region to the library of the military hospital in the city of Chernivtsi as part of the All-Ukrainian project “Book to a Defender”.
