TEAM-EU-UA project management meeting in Warsaw (Poland)

On September 18-20, an important meeting took place in Warsaw (Poland) as part of the project implementation «Development of Team Spirit for the Implementation and Incorporation of EU Values in Ukraine (TEAM-EU-UA)», co-funded by the European Union.

Purpose of the meeting: to discuss the progress of project activities, disseminate results, exchange experiences, and learn about best practices from Instytut Rozwoju Sportu i Edukacji, the Polish partner in the project.

The head of the organization and project coordinator, Yaroslav Galan, as well as administrative assistant Anastasia Komarzan, took part in the TEAM-EU-UA project team meeting held in Warsaw, Poland.

In his speech, Yaroslav Galan emphasized the importance of implementing the project’s initiatives in the current environment, in particular the integration of European values into Ukrainian schools, support for young people, the development of team spirit, and cooperation with teachers.

During the meeting, key aspects of coordination of activities, implementation of work packages, preparation for upcoming events, as well as mechanisms for disseminating results at the national and international levels were discussed.

European School Sports Federation (Miloš ZIRIĆ);

Ukrainian federation of school sports;

Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko (Yulia Bondarenko).

Participants discussed the implementation of key activities, including sports, health, and recreational events, the participation of teaching staff, the preparation of reporting documentation, and the stages of disseminating the project results.

National progress in implementation was presented, experiences in working with young people, schools, and teachers were exchanged, and a detailed action plan for the period until the end of 2025 was outlined.

This meeting was an important step in the development of partnerships between organizations from Ukraine, Poland, and Belgium and once again emphasized that the integration of European values in Ukraine through sports, education, and youth policy is extremely relevant in today’s conditions.
