Forum of young scientists of Chernivtsi region

On April 28, the “Forum of young scientists of Chernivtsi region” was held online. The organizer of the forum is the public organization YOUTH. SCIENCE. SPORT. HEALTH MOVEMENT OF UKRAINE, Council of Young Scientists under the Regional Military Administration of Chernivtsi Oblast with the assistance of the Department of Education and Science of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration, Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Council of Young Scientists of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Human Health of the Chernivtsi National University named after Yury Fedkovich.

The purpose of the forum is to spread and develop the scientific activity of young scientists in Ukraine and in particular in the Chernivtsi region, to support the scientific activity of young scientists and to motivate young researchers to develop science in Bukovina, to inform scientists of the region.

The guests of honor at the online forum were Yana Tikhokhid, Head of the Department of Coordination of the Activities of Vocational Pre-Higher, Higher Education and Science Institutions, Olesya Vashchuk, Head of the Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Head of the Department of Education of the Chernivtsi City Council, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Iryna Tkachuk, Chief Department of Family and Youth Affairs Nataliya Sabadash, first deputy of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Anastasia Simakhova, member of the presidium of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, candidate of technical sciences Andriy Khorolskyi, secretary of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and sciences of Ukraine Iryna Oplachko.

The head of the department of coordination of the activities of institutions of vocational pre-university, higher education and science Yana Tikhokhid gave a welcome speech to the participants of the forum, who spoke about the importance of personal realization, in particular in the scientific field, wished young scientists to set the right vector in their activities and confidently and persistently go to the goal .

The head of the council of young scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Olesya Vashchuk, spoke about the activities of the council, the goals to which the relevant tasks of the council are aimed, and called on young scientists to develop, improve and act.

Head of the Department of Education of the Chernivtsi City Council, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Iryna Tkachuk spoke about the benefits of science, its importance for the functioning of the country, and also made a speech, during which she spoke about her own career growth, perseverance on the way to achieving goals and in general science as a fundamental field, characterized the beginnings of its activities and university years.

Nataliya Sabadash, Head of the Department for Family and Youth Affairs, noted that the forum is important for popularizing youth science, creating favorable conditions for young scientists, and also talked about the popularization of science among children and schoolchildren.

The first deputy of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Anastasiya Simakhova, spoke with the report “Potential of Councils of Young Scientists in the Conditions of War”, who said that young scientists are the driving force and the most active stratum of the population, she noted that when talking about the war in the context science, we are able to convey important aspects of modernity, and she also spoke about the volunteer movement in the current conditions.

Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of Ukraine, member of the presidium of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Candidate of Technical Sciences Andrii Khorolskyi told the participants of the forum how to create certain values in science and promote them in social networks, introduced them to measures aimed at supporting scientists and presented one of the largest Telegram channels in the field of science.

Head of the public organization “YOUTH. SCIENCE. SPORT. HEALTHY MOVEMENT OF UKRAINE”, candidate of sciences in physical education and sports, associate professor Yaroslav Galan gave a speech “Social and psychological adaptation of children (IDPs) to the educational process”, where he talked about the activities of the organization, activities for children (IDPs), the project of young scientists , on the basis of which a large number of activities for children were implemented, the creation of a public organization, its mission, which consists in the formation of healthy and conscious Ukrainians. He also familiarized the participants with the implemented events, including scientific ones, which were organized for students, scientists, and teaching staff, and presented a project on the formation of young volunteer leaders from among the students of the Yuriy Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University.

The participants of the forum were young scientists, graduate students, master’s students from all over Ukraine.

All participants of the online forum received personal certificates attesting to their self-improvement in the scientific field.
