Charity event for children from different regions of Ukraine

On March 24, a charity event for children from different regions of Ukraine took place on the basis of the Chernivtsi secondary school of the I-III degrees No. 33 of the technological profile.

The purpose of the charity event was to increase physical activity among children, improve their general physical condition, form patriotic values and social-psychological adaptation to the educational process.

The charity event was held on the initiative of the public organization YOUTH. SCIENCE. SPORT. HEALTHY MOVEMENT OF UKRAINE and the support of the Department of Education of the Chernivtsi City Council and the institution’s administration.

Traditionally, the event began with a moment of silence for all the dead and the National Anthem of Ukraine.

Yaroslav Galan spoke about the importance of holding such sports events, their influence on the formation of patriotic values among children and social and psychological adaptation to the educational process and new living conditions.

A karate performance was presented by Nikita Gulin and Hleb Lomovatskyi, students of the “Physical Culture and Sports” specialty.

In the course of the charity event, children participated in an exercise with elements of yoga, which was conducted by Anastasia Moroz, a student of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Human Health, majoring in “Physical Culture and Sport”.

Young volunteer leaders from among the students of the Yuriy Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University joined the relays with elements of various sports, during which the participants competed, felt the team spirit and received positive emotions.

All participants were awarded commemorative medals and sweet gifts from the “Ciabatta” confectionery

The event was held with the support of: videographer Vitaly Shyshkivskyi, Internet provider “Intelekt”, law firm “Kutsak and Partners”, videographer Artur Gulpak and the initiative of physical education teacher Viktor Slobodian

The event was held within the framework of the project “Social and psychological adaptation of forcibly displaced persons (children) to the educational process”, carried out by the Carpathian Foundation with the financial support of COFRA.
