TEAM-EU-UA

The public organization YOUTH. SCIENCE. SPORT. HEALTHY MOVEMENT OF UKRAINE together with partners is implementing the European Union project ERASMUS-SPORT-2024-CB entitled “Developing team spirit for the implementation and integration of EU values in Ukraine / TEAM-EU-UA”.

The implementation of the project “Developing Team Spirit for the Implementation and Integration of EU Values in Ukraine” (TEAM-EU-UA) is aimed at promoting social integration through sport. It encourages participation in sports and other activities, strengthens the capacity of partner organizations and implements best practices to support schoolchildren, including displaced children, living in the EU and Ukraine.

The project includes the organization of sports and environmental events. The project pays special attention to children with special educational needs in order to strengthen their sense of identity and belonging to the European community through participation in various cultural and sporting events.

In addition, the project covers aspects of gender equality through sport, skills development, post-conflict reconciliation, as well as the dissemination and implementation of new methods, tools and practices in non-formal education and training. It also includes practical training of future physical education teachers at universities. This comprehensive approach addresses current problems and contributes to the long-term development and integration of different groups into the wider European context.

Type and number of target groups benefiting from the project: schoolchildren (including children of migrants) living in the EU and Ukraine (students, etc.), including children with special educational needs, teachers, famous athletes, civil servants, politicians and representatives of NGOs in the field of work: sports, youth, children (over 1160 people).
